MERCHANDISING OFFICER

  • Ensure all partner stores are properly stocked and quickly handle any partner store inquiries or requests
  • Conduct regular store visits for restocking, ensuring products are in perfect condition, accounted for, correctly priced and tagged, and arranged according to the brand standards
  • Handle the reporting and analysis of consignment sales data
  • Provide key insights and recommendations on product suggestion and improvement, production needs, and inventory
  • Must be willing to work with a team and assist in the day-to-day operations of Woven

 

OPERATIONS MANAGER

  • Communicate and coordinate with crafts communities regarding production
  • Manage inventory levels and streamline logistics to meet production demands and delivery timelines
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for retail and wholesale order fulfilment
  • Maintain high standards of product quality
  • Optimize current workflow to keep our operations efficient and effective
  • Guide and support the operations team toward shared goals

This is an onsite, hands-on role in Marikina.

You're a good match if

  • You have 2 years of work experience
  • You are proficient in applications and software platforms, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • You have good communication skills
